VUTEk QS 3200
created by EFI, raises printing to a new level of quality, similar to how HDTV modernised the domestic approach regarding the quality of reception of TV programs. The HDP combines a resolution of 1080 dpi with colour printing. The EFI RIP Fiery® XF processing and smoothing technologies allow printing of photorealistic images and small text with a font size of 1.5 mm. Thanks to innovative solutions such as the possibility to print white colour, our machine can print on colourful backgrounds. Our machine allows printing on almost all flat surfaces of thickness up to 5 cm. The machine, as the first, allowed the printing of advertising graphics in the innovative, patented Double System Control Visual technology. These are window graphics, which on one side provide a transparency effect, made without the necessity to apply – as currently – a special, self-sticking perforated foil with black glue. When using our special software, the machine prints on a ordinary transparent surface strips in the following order: black undercoat, white undercoat, full colour image, using the DSCV technology. The strips with printed image represent a coating of 40% - 75% (higher ratio with a special perforated foil). This provides sufficient transparency from one side and an intense image with saturated colours when observing from the other side. Additional advantages compared with perforated foil are: the elimination of problems related to leaking glue, which later gathers dirt and dust, easier adhesion to the glass, removing the foil once the exposition is completed and higher resistance to weather conditions. Moreover, unlike other printing solutions, our machine guarantees high quality in a completely new range of printing speeds. Thanks to this new solution, it is feasible to deliver the highest application quality more rapidly and in resolution previously unavailable. This results in higher customer satisfaction, repeatable effects and better opinion amongst recipients.

Scitex Turbo Jet
Is a machine of narrow specialisation. It is primarily applied in printing on any type of self-adhesive papers and foils. Thanks to the very high speed (up to 400 m2?????) we can deliver practically all projects on time. The machine prints in six colours, thanks to which photographic prints gain great softness in under-tints, and the smallest text that we can print is 3 mm.

Fotoba
Our machine has a attached automated cutting device. Printouts are automatically cut when “leaving” the machine and ready for packing. This is of key importance for keeping production deadlines. As an example: 30 billboards of 5.04 x 2.38m – production, cutting and packing -80 minutes.

NUR Expedio Inspiration
Equipped with 2 Spectra S-class (50pl) heads, the Inspiration printer guarantees the achievement of a unique print resolution - 800 x 635 DPI, therefore determining new printing quality standards in this equipment segment. The unique printing quality results in the fact that Inspiration will work out perfectly not only for typical outdoor applications, but will also assure excellent effects for indoor applications. Thanks to this, we eliminate the necessity to make high quality printouts on other printers, where the costs of performing such works are higher. The printing speed, reaching 110 m²/hour, combined with a printing quality unique in this segment of equipment, constitute a huge potential to develop output capacities with simultaneous limitation of investment costs.

HP 5300
NUR Revolution is a breakthrough solution for printing billboards. The current printing of billboards with UV ink may seem hardly attractive due to its price. The new, revolutionary ink formula, developed especially for the Revolution, assures significantly better colour saturation (160% greater) with simultaneous reduction of consumption. High printing speed – up to 300 m2/h. Apart from printing billboards, Revolution is a multiple use UV printer providing the possibility of high application quality print on a broad spectrum of uncoated (i.e. cheaper) carriers, including textiles!

HP Scitex XL1500 is a digital, ser large format printing system, which can be used for various applications.
The machines support easy switching between 6 and 8 colours. Printouts are resistant to fading and have realistic, vivid colours. Thanks to printing in various modes, in almost any format, and on any carrier, our machine supports production of applications to be viewed both from close up and from a distance. The purchase of these machines was a very good decision, which allowed the company to develop and enter new markets. This allowed us to divide machines into those that we use for outdoor prints and those that produce, in a higher resolution, works requiring higher printing quality and precision.

Laminator Aquaseal SW 3300
Allows liquid lamination of media up to 3.2m wide. The laminate guarantees durable protection of printouts against mechanical damage, UV radiation and chemicals. The machine has 2 types of laminate quality: Economy, which guarantees durability up to 2 years and Premium, assuring durability of printouts up to 5 years.

Kongsberg Multicut
Model i-XL 44 is created for large format packaging industry and advertising. Kongsberg is an indispensable finishing element for a hard basis, printed on plotters. The thing that distinguished the i-xl 44 model is the application of cameras thanks to which the Multicut head works very precisely. An additional asset is the Esko Artios Cad software, which allows conducting all processes related to the design of packaging on one computer workstation. The design development and work performance becomes much faster and easier. The program is very simple for use and has a friendly interface.

FIAB HF is a ultrasound machine welding various types of vinyl produced based on PCV. The purchase of this machine in 2002 allowed us to considerable improve the quality of our services. The durability of welds significantly exceeds the binding standards, demonstrated by tests and final expert opinion issued by the Poznań University of Technology, reinforced the trust granted to us by our customers. This has resulted in our company being entrusted with multiple spectacular large format projects (for example a net of the area of 3,500 m2).
